Worsley House began at our kitchen table, as a partnership in life and in business. It grew out of two careers that, together, show a placement from every angle.

John is a private chef and performance coach for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, and he still works in that world today. After more than a decade with professional athletes and private families, he knows what a household expects of its staff, from the standards and discretion to the instinct for what’s needed before it’s asked. He also knows what excellent staff need in return: clarity, respect, and an environment where they can do their best work.
 

Nutchamon has spent over 15 years in business development within Bangkok’s hospitality industry. She knows the local market closely: who is exceptional, who is quietly looking for the right next step, and what it takes to earn the trust of both sides. Her real gift is matching people to households. She looks beyond the CV to personality, values, and the unspoken rhythm of a family.

We take the time to understand your home before we introduce anyone, and we get to know our candidates as people, not profiles.
