Why Worsley House?
Worsley House was founded in Manchester to bring the same standard of discretion and care that long-established London agencies offer to private households. We now focus on bringing the same standard of private staff to Thailand, Asia & the Middle East.

We understand the importance of finding the perfect fit for your household. Our tailored approach focuses on understanding the unique needs of each family, ensuring that every placement enhances the quality of life at home.

A household's staff should feel like the right fit, not just the available one
Discretion isn't a policy, it's how every conversation is handled
Candidates deserve honesty about a role before they accept it
Good recruitment takes time — we don't rush a placement to close a fee
